Introduction
We offer flexible online courses that can be customised to suit your preferences. For instance, you can choose different levels of security features depending on your requirements. First Aid is only offered as a review session for those who have already taken a course and are still valid.
Our courses typically run for one or two days, depending on the scope of the content, and are designed for up to eight participants. This is to ensure a high-quality learning experience. However, we can accommodate your needs if you require a different arrangement.

Start and finish times are by arrangement and can be adjusted to suit your organisation, and the time difference to overseas clients.
Presentations consist of a series of slides, pictures, videos, and Q&A sessions. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and tell us about your own experiences. We will discuss your concerns, and I will offer my own input, referencing my own experiences and those of others.
When training online, we tend to take more breaks than would be normal during face-to-face training; we believe roughly every hour.
Online training has its drawbacks, however, we have received really good feedback from our training. It is relaxed, interactive and the content is well thought out. It does have the advantage of being available at short notice, low cost compared to joining a full course, and available to a much wider audience. The training is backed up by a certificate and a set of PDF files covering the course content, plus a range of other useful information.
